Exit the 23 fwy at New LA Avenue and go West. We are located in the Ralphs/Longs shopping center next to the Post Office.

Office Hours:

Community Pediatric is open from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Appointments are scheduled between 8am-noon and 1:30-5:00pm.

After Hours:

When the office is closed a Community Pediatric pediatrician is always available . Simply call our office and follow the directions to leave a message or to emergency page the on-call pediatrician. Messages left between 7am and 10pm will be returned within one hour. If you have a true emergency that can not wait an hour, you may page the on-call physician. If your phone rejects caller id blocking you must disable it for us to return your call.

Please refrain from calling at night or on the weekends to make or cancel appointments or renew prescriptions. Also, calls to discuss chronic complaints or routine newborn questions are best handled during regular office hours.

Prescription Refills:

It is your responsibility to monitor the supply of your child's chronic medications. Please contact your pharmacy for a refill one week before your supply runs out. In addition, please give our office up to one week to refill any ADHD medications.

We are affiliated with Los Robles Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, CA.

If you are planning to give birth at another hospital, please schedule your first office visit with us within a few days of discharge. This allows us to evaluate your infant for feeding problems and other medical issues that may arise in the first week of life.
