At each visit to Community Pediatric, please bring your child's insurance card and notify us of any changes. Please make sure that Community Pediatric or one of our pediatricians' names is listed on your insurance card.

Community Pediatric welcomes most PPO, POS and Indemnity insurance plans. Our HMOs are with the IPA Community Medical Group. In the event that your health plan determines that a service is not covered, you will be responsible for the complete charges. Payment is due upon receipt of a statement from our office. It is ultimately your responsibility to know the extent of your child's benefits. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company on your behalf.

Full payment will be required at the time of service for any co-payments. Community Pediatric will be happy to accept your personal check, cash, or for your convenience most major credit cards.

We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations and guidelines for complete physical exams and immunizations. Please note that many plans do not cover well-child care after a certain age. We ask that you contact your plan prior to scheduling your child's physical examinations to verify coverage for the exam and possible immunizations.
